Biography

Hello, I am Sascha Davis. I am a positive life coach here to help you reach your life’s goal.

I have been on a long journey of self-discovery to find out who I am and what I want to get from my life. I have read countless books, taken many courses and workshops to figure out the best way to become the best me. I always knew I could be amazing. I always knew I was talented. I just had to discover how to best express myself. I had to learn to believe in myself. I am here to say if I can do it so can you!

From as far back as I can remember as a child I have always believed what other people thought of me. I grew up with a distorted vision of who I am. I was stuck in life, unhappy, nothing but negative views, filled with blame and health problems. I constantly compared my life with those around me. It seemed like every day was passing by and I was just getting by. Changing my life from the rut I was stuck in seemed like an endless task. I could never see anything but doom and gloom. It seemed like every time I got a little bit ahead in life I got sucked back into the negative thought patterns that lead to destruction.

I knew I had to make a change. I knew my life was worth fighting for. I learned to replace my negative thoughts with empowering positive thoughts. I learned my worth and I took off.

With the newfound motivation, I tackled my diet by replacing my sugar cravings which were out of control with more nutritious foods. I love smoothies and I have created many recipes to jazz up my meals. I also added biking, yoga, and meditation to my routine to keep me fit and energized to face all the challenges of life.

I am a single mother of an amazing little boy who inspires me daily. He keeps me on my toes and tests my patience regularly. I was scared to death to become a mom and now I could not imagine my life any other way. It’s a great honour to be a mom. Being a mom has taught me so much about myself and I have learned a lot from other moms around me.

I have a corgi dog named Kelsey aka sweet doggo. My son found her by accident online when my heart wasn’t ready for a dog. My beloved boy Charleston passed away in Jan 2020. Kelsey joined our family that same month. She came into our house like she bought and paid for it. She is the bossy corgi we needed to fill our home. She keeps us in line and reminds us why we love her so very much. My tears have turned from sorrow into those filled with laughter. Kelsey, you are the perfect sweet doggo!

I work in a teaching hospital as a unit clerk (a fancy term for paper pusher). I work somewhere different every day so no day is ever the same. I have met some of the most amazing people in the last 12 years.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and really started enjoying my life, filling it with kindness and love that I came to realize how many other people are stuck in life. I realized too,  what great fun it would be to join them on their journey. I know my journey will never end. It’s a lifelong process. I have many people to thank for getting me this far on my journey. It’s hard to do it alone so it’s amazing when you find the right person to help you along.
